Chap started his career in the music industry fresh out of Oklahoma State working for then new, little known rock group called “Van Halen”. After becoming established in the music industry organizing, managing and overseeing multimillion dollars events, he began his own touring and promoting management company “Phoenix Productions.” Through the late 70’s and early 80’s Chap grew Phoenix Productions into one of the major tour management companies, managing, touring and promoting such groups as 38. Chap also gained recognition for promoting and producing large events like Spring Break in Daytona Beach with MTV and Bike Week concerts featuring Charlie Daniels, Marshall Tucker, Night Ranger, Blue Oyster Cult, Rick Derringer, Humble Pie, The Birds, and The Georgia Satellites. During the late 80’s Chap was offered a sizable contract to sell his beloved Phoenix Productions. Upon completion of the sale, Chap moved to the Virgin Islands to enjoy the sun of the Caribbean and expand his consulting career.

Elaine Finney
Head of Investor Relations/Talent Representative

Elaine started singing harmony with The Beatles when she was 6 years old and a passion for music entered her soul! She was on stage at 12 in her hometown's presentation of The Music Man.

At 16 she started working in the family construction office after school, helping her parents build several successful businesses which allowed her to retire from her "day job" at 40 years old to pursue her first love, entertainment. For the next 14 years she has worked from behind the scenes to the spotlight and in the process discovered that she enjoyed helping other people build their careers as much as being on camera or the stage herself.

Elaine's varied business experience and her extensive understanding of the entertainment world makes her a valuable asset to Chappell Entertainment. With a friendly and outgoing personality, she is perfect for the position, Head of Investor Relations. As a Producer her knowledge of performing helps her understand the performers needs along with all other facets involved in production. You will find her working from the board room to backstage with a lot of time in the office and on the phones. Too many EPK's to create, never enough time!

And... she still loves to sing! In 2009 she performed at the Vatican in Rome with 330 choir members and at Royal Albert Hall in London with a 630 member choir. In April of 2011, she is taking a 4-day mini vacation to sing with The Garden Choir at Carnegie Hall in New York City! Then it is back to all of the exciting projects brewing at Chappell Entertainment. Life is good!
